HOW LONG WILL MY JEWELRY TAKE TO GET TO ME?

I like to say give me a week to make anything that needs all the love in creation like baking the clay and painting it afterward. Wire rings take a shorter period to make so they will most likely be quicker to ship out. Once your item is shipped out, you can track it and see how long until you receive it! 

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

If you're someone who can get their products hand delivered by me, I will get your product to you asap! If you're placing an order to get delivered to your home, you will be able to track your shipment and delivery once I send it out!

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If there is an issue with your ring such as sizing or breaking in transit, you can return your product back within 30 days and get a free fix! Some things are out of our control and I acknowledge that you deserve the best!

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY JEWELRY BREAKS AND I'VE HAD IT FOR A WHILE?

No stress! You can send your jewelry back and I can fix it right up for you! If your purchase is within 6 months and it breaks, you can get a free fix. Any longer than that, I can offer a discount :)
